For boards, teams and departments, and for public bodies too: anywhere people sit down to deliberate. OMOWA runs the conversation in two stages. First the team builds a shared picture of the issue, with no ready-made answers put in front of them. Then they discuss it and close the meeting with a decision and a list of actions.

01Is my data safe?
We design in line with GDPR. We agree where the data lives, who can access it and how long we keep it. Wherever possible, sensitive data never reaches the model at all.
02How long does implementation take?
It depends on the process. We split larger projects into stages, so the first working piece arrives as early as possible, not after several months.
03Will the investment pay off?
We start with a process where the savings can be counted: in hours, calls or documents. If we can’t see a return, we tell you in the first conversation.
04Which systems can you connect to?
Most tools that offer an API: CRM, ERP, accounting systems, email, calendars and databases. We check the rest during analysis.
05Does my team need to be technical?
No. We build tools for people who need to get work done, not configure software. We train the team and stay on to help after launch.
